A Santa Rosa, Calif. developer of digital media technologies said Monday it filed patent infringement counterclaims against Apple Computer Inc. Burst.com, founded in 1988, filed counterclaims in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco, in response to a lawsuit filed by Apple in January 2006.
